The Peak Edge Hotel wins wedding award

The Peak Edge Hotel has won another wedding award, and the team couldn’t be more thrilled to be recognised for their hard work and dedication.

The property is located in Derbyshire’s beautiful Peak District National Park and offers an elegant setting to celebrate special events. Fully licenced for civil ceremonies, lovebirds can exchange vows in the Oak Room or the Walton Suite surrounded by loved ones. Guests will love exploring the charming spaces and can rest their heads after dancing the night away.

The Hotel, part of the Casa Hotels Group, has been shortlisted in The 2023 Publican Awards in two categories, Best Drinks Offer and Best Premium Food. The chairman and founder of Global Brands and Casa Hotels Group Steve Perez comments, “I’m incredibly proud of our teams who have all worked tirelessly to develop our drinks and cocktail range with the help of some of the industry’s leading experts in our sister company Global Brands. I’m especially proud to be nominated for Best Premium Food Offer at the Red Lion Restaurant at Peak Edge Hotel, which my father owned and successfully ran in the 70s, and I repurchased it into the family five years ago. Our ethos is to produce the highest quality of sustainable food, most of which is sourced from my farm just two miles away. Executive chef Ben Peverall works closely with Craig Ellis, my farm manager, to produce the ultimate field-to-fork food for everything from beef, lamb, pork, eggs and honey from our bees.”
