Questions & Answers

Can I bring my family and friends to shop?

You are welcome to bring family and close friends with you to shop. Please keep in mind that our boutique is rather small and will hold 4-5 people.

What should I bring with me to my appointment?

We ask that you bring appropriate undergarments and shoes to your fitting. You will have a better idea of how the dress will look if you bring a strapless bra or spanxs with you. We will not provide any type of undergarment.

Do you have a return policy?

All sales are final. No exchanges or returns.

ALL dresses must come from a non-smoking home.

We are not accepting bridesmaids or formal dresses at this time.

How do you decide the price of each gown?

We decide the price of the dress on the designer, condition, original price and year it was purchased. All wedding dresses must be professionally cleaned if worn. Flower girl dresses must be clean and in pristine condition as well.

How do I know my dress will be taken care of when it is consigned?

Each dress that is consigned in my store will be treated like my own. I will be going in and out of the dressing room with each client. Family and friends will not be allowed to help client in and out of dresses. Each dress is stored in a clear gusset bag unless it is being carefully tried on. If for some reason minor damage is made to the dress, it will be repaired by Blush Bridal & Tuxedo. We appreciate you trusting us with your dress!
